Ingredients
2 cups diced apples
1 cup diced celery
1 cup red grapes, halved
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine the diced apples, diced celery, halved red grapes, and chopped walnuts.
2. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and lemon juice until smooth.
3. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the fruit and vegetable mix.
4. Gently toss all the ingredients until evenly coated.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
