3 bananas
2 papayas
2 cups of watermelon
2 cups of cantaloupe
2 cups of orange juice
1 cup of grenadine syrup
1 cup of condensed milk
1 lime (optional, for garnish)
Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Directions

1. Start by washing all the fruits thoroughly.

2. Peel and core the pineapple, then chop it into small, bite-sized pieces and place the pieces in a large bowl.

3. Peel and pit the mangoes, cut the flesh into cubes, and add them to the bowl with the pineapple.

4. Core the apples, dice them into small pieces, and mix them with the other fruits in the bowl.

5. Peel the bananas, slice them, and add the slices to the bowl.

6. Peel, deseed, and chop the papayas into small chunks, then mix them in with the other fruits.

7. Cut the watermelon into cubes and add it to the bowl.

8. Cut the cantaloupe into small cubes and add these to the bowl as well.

9. Pour the 2 cups of orange juice over the mixed fruits in the bowl.

10. Add the grenadine syrup to the bowl and mix gently to combine everything evenly.

11. Add the condensed milk to the fruit mixture and stir until all the fruit is well-coated.

12. If using, cut the lime into thin slices for garnish.

13. Serve the tizana in glasses or bowls, garnished with a slice of lime and some mint leaves, if desired.

14. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
