Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
3. Preheat a grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Cook the patties for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the burgers are no longer pink in the center.
5. Remove the turkey burgers from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
