Ingredients
2 cups of fresh pineapple chunks
1 cup of pineapple juice
1 cup of coconut cream
1/2 cup of white rum
2 tbsp of sugar
2 cups of ice
Pineapple slices (for garnish)
Maraschino cherries (for garnish)
Directions
1. Add the fresh pineapple chunks to a blender.
2. Pour in the pineapple juice.
3. Add the coconut cream.
4. Pour in the white rum.
5. Add the sugar.
6. Add the ice.
7. Blend until smooth and creamy.
8. Pour the mixture into glasses.
9. Garnish with pineapple slices and maraschino cherries.
