Ingredients
4 filets of white fish (such as sea bass, halibut, or cod)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1 lemon, sliced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Rinse the fish filets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
3. Brush both sides of the fish filets with olive oil.
4. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using).
5. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the fish filets.
6. Place the filets on the preheated grill.
7. Grill the fish for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
8. During the last minute of grilling, place the lemon slices on the grill alongside the fish to char slightly.
9. Remove the fish and lemon slices from the grill.
10. Garnish the grilled fish with fresh parsley and serve with grilled lemon slices.
