Ingredients
200g smoked salmon
100g cream cheese
50g unsalted butter, softened
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp dill, chopped
1 tbsp capers, drained and chopped
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Directions
1. Chop the smoked salmon into small pieces and set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and softened butter until smooth.
3. Add the lemon juice, chopped dill, and chopped capers to the bowl.
4. Fold in the chopped smoked salmon until well combined.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Mix everything thoroughly until the texture is creamy and even.
7. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl or individual ramekins.
8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
