Ingredients
2 cups Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp ground black pepper
¼ tsp salt
1 cup finely chopped nuts (such as pecans, walnuts, or almonds)
1 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
Directions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened Philadelphia cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese.
2. Add the finely chopped fresh chives, garlic powder, onion powder, ground black pepper, and salt to the bowl.
3. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
4. Using your hands, shape the cheese mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
5. On a shallow plate, mix together the finely chopped nuts and finely chopped fresh parsley.
6. Roll each cheese ball in the nut and parsley mixture until fully coated.
7. Place the coated cheese balls on a serving platter.
8. Chill the cheese balls in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
