Ingredients
1 ounce Campari
1 ounce Sweet Vermouth (Rosso)
1 ounce Prosecco
Ice
Orange slice or twist (for garnish)
Directions
1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
2. Pour in 1 ounce of Campari.
3. Add 1 ounce of Sweet Vermouth (Rosso).
4. Stir gently to combine.
5. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
6. Top with 1 ounce of Prosecco.
7. Gently stir again to mix the Prosecco without losing its effervescence.
8. Garnish with an orange slice or twist.
9. Serve immediately and enjoy.
