Ingredients
Tortilla chips: 200 grams
Shredded cheddar cheese: 150 grams
Cooked ground beef: 200 grams
Sliced jalapenos: 50 grams
Sour cream: 100 grams
Salsa: 100 grams
Chopped fresh cilantro: 2 tbsp
Diced tomatoes: 100 grams
Sliced black olives: 50 grams
Chopped green onions: 2 tbsp
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.
3. Sprinkle the cooked ground beef evenly over the tortilla chips.
4. Layer the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef and chips.
5. Scatter the sliced jalapenos on top of the cheese.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Remove the nachos from the oven and immediately add the fresh toppings: diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, chopped green onions, and chopped fresh cilantro.
8. Serve the nachos hot with sour cream and salsa on the side.
