Ingredients
1 cup roasted red peppers, drained
1 cup walnuts
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp pomegranate molasses
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
1. Add the roasted red peppers, walnuts, breadcrumbs, and minced garlic to a food processor.
2. Blend until the mixture is evenly combined and smooth.
3. Add the lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, ground cumin, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt to the mixture in the food processor.
4. Blend again until all ingredients are well incorporated.
5. While the food processor is running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
6. Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning if necessary.
7. Transfer the Muhammara to a serving bowl and enjoy!
