Ingredients
1 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp boiling water
Salt, to taste
Directions
1. In a small bowl, combine the finely chopped fresh mint leaves and granulated sugar.
2. Pour the boiling water over the mint and sugar mixture. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
3. Add the white wine vinegar to the bowl, and mix thoroughly to combine all the ingredients.
4. Season with salt to taste, adjusting as necessary.
5. Let the sauce sit for at least 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together before serving.
