Ingredients
  

  • 4 apples
  • 150 gr brown sugar
  • 150 gr flour
  • 90 gr butter
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • Some cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Pre heat the oven (200ºC thermostat 6/7). Peel and remove the seeds from the apples. Cut them in pieces and spread them in a plate.
  • Dust them with vanilla sugar and cinnamon.
  • In a bowl, pour the flour, soft butter and brown sugar. Mix them with your fingers until you obtain a sort of sandy dough.
  • Cover the apples of dough and put the plate in the oven for 35min. You can serve them with a scoop of yoghurt or vanilla ice cream.
