Homemade Caper Sauce: homemade recipe

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp capers, drained and chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp chopped fresh dill (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

1. In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of mayonnaise.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of capers, drained and chopped.
3. Stir in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
4. Mix in 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard.
5. Add 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.
6. Mince 1 garlic clove and add it to the mixture.
7. If using, stir in 1 teaspoon of chopped fresh dill.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Stir all the ingredients together until well combined.
