Hamburger Meat: homemade recipe

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions

1. In a large bowl, combine 1 lb ground beef, 1 small finely chopped onion, and 2 minced garlic cloves.
2. Add 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, 1 egg, and 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce to the mixture.
3. Season with 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp paprika, and 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (if using).
4. Mix all the ingredients together until they are well combined.
5. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
6. Preheat a grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
7. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
8. Remove the patties from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
