Grilled Swordfish: homemade recipe

Ingredients

Swordfish steaks: 4 (about 6-8 ounces each)
Olive oil: 1/4 cup
Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
Fresh parsley: 2 tbsp, chopped
Salt: 1 tsp
Black pepper: 1/2 tsp
Lemon wedges: for serving

Directions

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped fresh parsley, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
3. Place the swordfish steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, making sure they are well-coated. Let them marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
4. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
5. Place the marinated swordfish steaks on the hot grill.
6. Grill the swordfish for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are opaque in the center and have nice grill marks.
7. Remove the swordfish from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
8. Serve the grilled swordfish with lemon wedges on the side.
