Greek Yogurt Sauce: homemade recipe

Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Directions

1. In a medium bowl, add 1 cup of Greek yogurt.
2. Pour in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
3. Add 1 teaspoon of minced garlic to the bowl.
4. Mix in 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill.
5. Stir in 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh mint.
6. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil into the mixture.
7. Add salt to taste.
8. Add pepper to taste.
9. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
10. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
11. Serve chilled.
