Ingredients
  

  • 3 kg Tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Oregano
  • 2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • Cut the tomatoes into slices, place on a tray and add salt.
  • Dehydrate in the oven for 5 or 6 hours, at a temperature of 90° to 100°.
  • Then pack the tomatoes in a glass jar. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, a teaspoon of salt and oregano. Let marinate for 4 hours before eating. Keep in the fridge.
