Ingredients
1 cup cooked ham, finely chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp hot sauce (optional)
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Place the finely chopped cooked ham in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
2. Add the 1/4 cup of mayonnaise to the bowl with the ham.
3. Mix in the tablespoon of Dijon mustard.
4. Pour in the teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.
5. If desired, add the 1/4 teaspoon of hot sauce for some extra kick.
6. Add the finely chopped onion to the mixture.
7. Sprinkle in the tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley.
8. Stir all the ingredients together until well combined.
9. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
10. Serve the deviled ham pate chilled or at room temperature with crackers, bread, or vegetables.
