2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch

Directions
1. Combine 2 cups of fresh or frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, 1/4 cup of water, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice in a medium saucepan.
2. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the blueberries release their juices and the sugar is fully dissolved.
3. In a small bowl, mix 1 1/2 tablespoons of cornstarch with 1 tablespoon of cold water until smooth.
4. Gradually stir the cornstarch mixture into the blueberry mixture.
5. Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens, usually about 2-3 minutes.
